# Projeto de Cirurgia Plástica – Otoplastia para Orelhas Proeminentes A otoplastia é um procedimento de cirurgia plástica destinado à correção das chamadas **orelhas proeminentes ou “orelhas de abano”**, proporcionando maior harmonia entre as orelhas, o rosto e as demais estruturas faciais. O projeto cirúrgico é individualizado após avaliação presencial, considerando o formato, tamanho, posição e grau de projeção das orelhas, bem como a anatomia da cartilagem auricular. O objetivo é obter um resultado **natural, proporcional e equilibrado**, evitando aspecto excessivamente colado ou artificial. A cirurgia consiste, de maneira geral, na remodelação e reposicionamento da cartilagem da orelha, com técnicas específicas para criação ou definição das dobras naturais, redução da projeção e, quando necessário, correção de assimetrias. A incisão costuma ser posicionada na região posterior da orelha, permitindo que a cicatriz fique discretamente escondida.
